Our Room Options
Thoughtfully designed to suit every traveller — all rates include VAT and complimentary Wi-Fi.
All rates are per room per night and include complimentary Wi-Fi in public areas and VAT at the current rate. Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
Continental breakfast is available at £8 per person per day. On certain special rate plans, breakfast may be included complimentary. On third-party booking sites, breakfast may be advertised as included where there is no option to advertise add-ons separately.
Booking Policies
Provisional Bookings
All bookings are considered provisional until confirmed in writing and secured with a valid credit card.
You can now settle your outstanding balance securely online via our Payments page — pay by card via Stripe, or by bank transfer with receipt upload. If you have any queries about your balance, please contact us or call +44 20 7706 4660.
Standard Rate — Cancellation
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the arrival date (from 2 pm) will incur a charge of 100% of the first night's rate. This charge also applies to non-arrivals.
Advance Purchase (Non-Refundable)
Reservations on an advance purchase rate are non-refundable. Full payment is required at the time of booking with no refunds or date changes permitted.
No-Show Policy
For guests who do not arrive on the first night of a multi-night booking, the room will be released for remaining nights. Cancellation charges apply.

Alternative payment options available upon request. The credit card used for payment must be presented upon arrival.
Corporate Accounts
